Introducing SriPatro – A Nepali-First Calendar & Date Platform
SriPatro started with a simple frustration: most digital calendar tools fail to properly support the Nepali calendar system and local cultural context.
Existing platforms are often optimized for Indian or Western workflows, making it difficult to work seamlessly with Bikram Sambat (BS) dates, regional holidays, and Nepali conventions.
We wanted to build something Nepali-first.
What SriPatro focuses on
SriPatro is a calendar and productivity platform designed around Nepali dates and workflows:
- Native Bikram Sambat (BS) month navigation
- Accurate date conversion between BS and AD
- Cultural date layers (tithi, nakshatra, etc.) presented as reference data
- Festivals and regional events displayed contextually
- A modern PWA experience that works offline
